Since 2016, Nuku Studio and Noorderlicht have collaborated on “Northern Ghana Life,” a photographic research project exploring the people and landscapes of Northern Ghana. Created in partnership with four universities and 11 Ghanaian and international photographers, the project documents a region rarely seen through a collaborative lens. It culminated in a book and exhibition at the 2018 Nuku Photo Festival Ghana, the country’s first festival for photographic storytelling.
