Nuku Studio’s Conference of Photographers (originally scheduled for 27-30 November 2019) is being postponed and will take place in 2020 in Accra, Ghana. The new date will be announced shortly.

The Conference is organised in continuation of the biennial Nuku Photo Festival, which took place for the first time in September 2018, to bring together photographers and creatives who are inspired by works of photography. Through its initiatives, Nuku also intends to assist photographers in the region to connect and to communicate with photographers globally, and together, celebrate photography.

The Conference of Photographers will be curated by Missla Lisbeskal, carrying and directing the conference in the spirit and memory of the Late Bisi Silva, creating space for hundreds of flowers to bloom. Nuku Studio is expecting to see many seeds of flowers that will bloom during the conference, we are also expecting joyous arguments, discussions, inspiring presentations, and, most of all, a very wonderful time in Accra.
